I’m currently doing a diploma in coaching and positive psychology with the Andy Ramage coach business school. It is honestly the most rewarding thing I have ever done. I came across Andy in the Alcohol Free space on social media and have followed him for a couple of years. I took the plunge earlier this year and signed up for the diploma.
After extensive practice within our coaching cohorts, I am now incredibly excited to open my practice to real world clients. To support this next stage of my qualification, I am offering a limited number of complimentary coaching sessions. If this is something that interests you, please book an appointment for us to have a no obligation chat here.
My Coaching Philosophy
As a coach in training, my mission is to create a safe space where you can explore your beliefs, challenge your limits and achieve your goals. What you see with me is what you get: I bring authenticity and no judgment to every conversation. I am really interested in people and their unique stories. While I have a particular passion for supporting people who want to redefine their relationship with alcohol, my practice welcomes any meaningful personal transformation. I am not here to direct you as you know yourself better than anyone. Instead, I am here to help you tap into your own wisdom and find the answers that you already hold within.
Is coaching right for you?
Coaching is all about creating a space for you to explore your own mind and unblock the barriers that are stopping you from achieving your goals. It is not therapy or counselling which are more appropriate for you if you are dealing with trauma or mental health issues. Before we start, we will have a session together where we can explore what you would like to achieve from coaching and we can decide if we are the right fit for each other. If it feels like you need support in other areas, I can signpost you to appropriate services that might be more relevant for you.
